These terms cover your use of RoamBunny and any guide or file you buy or download from us. By using the site or buying a guide you agree to them.
What we sell
We sell digital China travel guides and resources, delivered as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped physically.
Guide content is reference information
Our guides and the travel database are reference information only. Entry rules, prices, opening hours, transport and safety conditions can change at any time and differ by passport and situation. Always confirm with the official source (embassy, immigration authority or operator) before you travel. We are not a visa, immigration or travel agency.
Your licence
Buying a guide gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own travel. You may not resell it, redistribute it, share the file publicly or use it commercially without our written permission.
Payment
Purchases are handled by our checkout platform (for example Gumroad). Prices are shown in USD and charged in USD; your bank converts at its own rate. A launch code, if any, applies at checkout.
Refunds
Digital guides are delivered immediately. If you have not downloaded or used the guide, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If you paid but did not receive it, or the file is corrupt, email [email protected] and we will put it right.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse or overload our service: no attacking, scanning, scraping, automated bulk requests or attempts to bypass rate limits or paid access. We may block traffic that does.
Your account
Keep your password safe and use a login method you control. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse.
Availability and changes
We may change, pause or end parts of the service, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
Liability and governing law
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on our information. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
